About Us

The Rexburg Academy of Dental Assisting was conceived in order to better meet the increasing demand for quality, well-trained dental assistants in our area. We envision providing students with a set of skills which will allow them to be engaged in a fulfilling and challenging field, while making them marketable nationwide.

It is our goal as a school to provide an education that our students can utilize to create a career that they will enjoy every day!

Dentistry is ever changing and evolving, our curriculum has been designed to navigate this constant evolution and prepare our students for dentistry yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Jaymie, DANB, CDA Instructor

Hi! I’m Jaymie, I have been a dental assistant since 2013. I love it because I’m always learning something new and meeting new people. There have been so many opportunities to serve others which is what I love most. I grew up in Middleton Idaho, but I met my amazing husband right here in Rexburg on a blind date! We lived in Boise for a few years while attending BSU, but just couldn’t stay away and we have loved living in Ashton for the last 4 years. We have 2 adorable boys, Jett and Mason and 3 crazy dogs. If we’re not chasing them around, we’re working on our fixer upper of a house. Some of my favorite things include, going to the movies, Boise State football, reading, going to Jazz games and traveling. I also love to enjoy the outdoors we are so lucky to have here, I mostly enjoy our (very short) summers. I’m up for any adventure and we love experiencing new things with our boys! I look forward to meeting you!
